By purchasing, subscribing to, or using Roamly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Roamly is a digital discovery platform that provides curated recommendations of experiences, venues, and activities. Roamly does not own, operate, or control any thrid-party venues listed in its guides.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. By using this service, you confirm that you are atleast 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
Roamly reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of its services, pricing, or terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Roamly offers the following products:
- Weekend Playbook (One-Time Purchase): A once-off curated guide featuring five selected experiences accross different categories with a total number of thirty locations included in the playbook.
- Monthly Weekend Guide Subscription: A recurring subscription that provides ongoing access to four new curated guides and content per month.
All content is delivered digitally and may be accessed via links and downloads.
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Payments must be made in full before access is granted.
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.
- Roamly reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.
By using Roamly, you agree to:
- Use all content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any guides or content.
- Act responsibly and respectfully when visiting any recommended venues.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and experiences outside of the Roamly platform.
All content provided by Roamly, including guides, branding, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Roamly and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Roamly content without prior written consent.
Roamly acts solely as a discovery and recommendation platform.
- Roamly does not guarentee the availability, pricing, safety, or quality of any listed venue or experience.
- Any interaction, booking, or transaction with a third-party venue is solely between you and that venue.
- Roamly is not liable for any issues, damages, or losses arising from such interactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Roamly is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- This includes, but is not limited to, loss of money, injury, dissatisfaction with experiences, or service disruptions.
Use of Roamly is at your own risk.
- One-time Purchases: All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
- Subscriptions: Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not result in refunds for the current billing cycle.
For issues such as non-delivery, users may contact support for assistance.
Roamly may restrict or terminate access to its services if a user:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in fraudulant or abusive behaviour
- Misuses the platform or its content
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
By using Roamly, you agree that basic personal information (such as email) may be collected and used to deliver services, guides, and updates.
Roamly will not sell or misuse your personal data.
