These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Roamly’s products and services, including digital guides and subscriptions. By purchasing from or using Roamly, you agree to comply with these terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Roamly reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By using Roamly, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for your actions when engaging with any recommended venues or experiences.
Users may not misuse the platform, distribute content without permission, or engage in any activity that could harm Roamly or its partners.
One-Time Purchases (Playbook – R50)
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once the guide has been delivered or accessed.
Monthly Subscription (R99/month)
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing and you will retain access to all monthly guides sent during your subscription time.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period as users get their guide at the beginning of each monthly billing period.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., not receiving your guide), please contact support and we will resolve it promptly.
